Reiner shrugs. He wishes he had a better answer but he doesn't. He wasn't exactly a bigwig in weapons development or anything. "It is how it is. I think they tried to streamline things more, but big companies still like to do things their way. Or liked to, at least."
Not like they were around right now anymore. And their money certainly hadn't bought them more protection from the undead.
